From: Justin. I stopped by the Schaumburg Farmer's Market this morning and bought a small foccacia. I cannot express in words how delicious this foccacia is! I'm eating it for lunch righ now and I have literally never tasted anything that even comes close to the complex flavors and aroma of this magnificent work of art. I will definitely be stopping by your shop for more!!!!!!!

Ohhhh boy! I cannot wait for next Tuesday. I had the 3 cheese tomato basil for dinner and it was amazing! The pizza was absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh. I definitely am now a 'raving fan.'

We had 13 people here for dinner celebrating October birthdays. Bought the focaccia as an after thought as my main meal was going to be roast pork. I'm not a big fan of pizza generaly but your focaccia's are amazingly good. I ate mine cold and it was delicious. My wife heated hers up later and it was even better. The crust is light and savory without any greasiness, and I could taste the freshness of the tomatoes. The price is also exceptionally good considering the high quality of the food. I look forward to trying more of your foods at the next market.

Also the gentleman you have working at the booth is absolutely wonderful, he remembers my mom and I on Saturdays when we come and he is so friendly. We are both in love with it and would love to try some of your other items. Is your restaurant a place to have dinner? Also, when you purchase a Foccacia how long do they last and can they be frozen? Both of your pizzas were gone within minutes. We can't wait to try the rest of your menu!

I cut a piece and put it in the toaster oven for a few minutes to warm it up and had it for dinner. When I took that first bite, I thought I had just died and gone to heaven! Well, I ate 1/3 of the foccacia upon returning home (Grand Rapids, MI), 1/3 Saturday morning and have been nibbling on the last part...hope to have a bit for Sunday breakfast....it was WONDERFUL!!!!!
